Why 'Sojourner' Therapy?

A sojourn is a short or temporary stay or period of residence, usually as a guest or as a visitor. The duration of your ‘sojourn’ will be determined by what issue or issues you bring to discuss, explore, or examine and outcomes and duration of sessions will be subject to your personal situation.

For example, some clients may wish to have a few sessions to talk through a particular problem in order to gain a new perspective while others may wish to deeply explore their personal situation.

I will support you in developing your own personal insights and knowledge. I will not offer advice however I do offer an environment that enables you  to discover and explore your inner resources, find your own solutions and make decisions that are right for you.
